PRINCIPAIS MUDAN\u00c7AS DA NOVA LEI DE LICITA\u00c7\u00d5ES: MELHORIAS E BARREIRAS DA LEI

As licita\u00e7\u00f5es no Brasil tiveram como principal regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o a Lei 8.666\/93,
posteriormente, surgiram outras legisla\u00e7\u00f5es que adicionaram modalidades de
contrata\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, entretanto, nenhuma mudan\u00e7a significativa. Em 1 de abril
do ano de 2021 foi sancionada a nova Lei de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es de n\u00b0 14.133\/21, com
mudan\u00e7as significativas, objetivando modernizar as regras vigentes, trazendo mais
transpar\u00eancia, agilidade e efic\u00e1cia aos contratos administrativos. Neste trabalho
ser\u00e1 estudado a fundo a nova proposta que substituiu a Lei Geral de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es,
bem como, suas demais modalidades e como essa nova lei poder\u00e1 melhorar os
processos de licita\u00e7\u00e3o e administrativos.
A licita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um conjunto de procedimentos administrativos, no qual a
Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica busca a melhor proposta na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de compras e
servi\u00e7os, para que seja assegurado a igualdade a todos os concorrentes, ou seja,
pode ser caracterizada como um procedimento administrativo onde \u00e9 selecionada
